Prior to our involvment, multiple contractors told our client there wasn’t a crawlspace where an HVAC issue was happening. Their solutions would require thousands of dollars to modify the home. On our first visit, we went down into the crawlspace, found an access point, brought out a trusted HVAC company & for only $200 solved the problem. With integrity we assisted the client, in stark contrast to the contractors who exploited the situation.
Another client had moved from out of state. Having trouble with their water heaters, they received a quote for over $10,000. Then they heard about Otium. One of our trusted plumbers fixed the issue for half the cost. Additionally, we have helped this same client save time, money & hassles with HVAC & roof replacements.
An Otium client moved & during the property evaluation we noticed a roof shingle in the front landscaping. The client had a preferred roofer. After talking with us the roofer agreed to make the small repair for free, even though they hadn’t put on the roof.
